Andre was excellent. His prices are fair and affordable and look to do what is right for your family and their health and safety. I would absolutely recommend him. He came on time and was extremely professional. He treated our home with the utmost respect as if it was his own home. He was very patient with my million questions and knew we were eager to find out our results due to health concerns with our baby. His extensive knowledge made me feel comfortable knowing the job will be done efficiently. Benard was extremely professional and thorough when listening to my apartmentâ s background, inspecting the mold, and explaining the lab reports to me. He was also extremely compassionate, as mold can upend someoneâ s life. It feels like he went above and beyond to help me understand the lab resultsâ he answered my many, many questions, and even said I could reach out again if I have any more questions. Would strongly recommend hiring Benard if you have mold issues!

Andre was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating when my facility was faced with an urgent issue with the Department of Health. We needed to get the issue resolved so that we could get clearance from the DOH. He not only made himself available on the weekend. He spoke to the DOH on our behalf in order to clarify their questions . Andre's services were outstanding and rare. We're highly satisfied and we intend to utilize his services In the near future.

After Hurricane Ida, we were at our wits end with residual clean up issues. Andre Benard walked us through what needed to done with the testing, and what the options might be after the test results were done. He was patient with our questions. I hired Benard Building Inspections and he is excellent! He is professional, well organized, informative and educated me throughout the entire process. If more people were as honest, sincere, and caring as this man. I know this planet would thrive. Besides being a professional and clearly a true expert in this area, he explained everything clearly. Took his time and did not rush was patient and made me feel Safe. In the end, the mold testing he did showed I did not have elevated mold, prior to him I had a guy come in and told me he had a machine that tells if you have mold and he said I have 80% mold and I did not have to bother to do air samples. Be careful people. Other scammers out there. Andre is the Best you can trust what he says. Good luck.
